A few months after the fall of Saddam, Soleimani sent 13,000 troops under his command into Iraq

In an interview with Mehr, Hassan Plark, Advisor and Special Assistant to the Commander of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards, referred to the fall of Saddam Hussein after the US invasion of Iraq. “When he (Qasim Soleimani) entered Iraq, in the same hustle and bustle when there was no border or anything. He (Qasim Soleimani) did everything that he had to do in less than three months.”

Explaining the move further, he said, “The Badr Corps were in Iran and under his command they all transferred to Iraq. One may not believe it, but Qasim Soleimani transferred 13,000 people with their families. Iraqis and Badris were also transferred to Iraq during that time.”

According to him, “Based on UN protocols, if he wanted to transfer this many people, it would have taken him maybe 100 years. Qasim Soleimani tricked them all into sending them to Iraq, where they would later become Qasim’s forces in Iraq.”
