European representatives’ hashtag protesting the sending of a condolence message for the death of Ebrahim Raisi

Charles Michel, the President of the Council of the European Union, wrote on his X account: “The European Union expresses its condolences on the death of Ebrahim Raisi, Hossein Amirabdollahian and other members of the accompanying team and flight crew in the helicopter accident.”

But Dutch far-right leader Geert Wilders said Michel’s message of condolence is not in my name.

After Khairt Wilders protested Michelle’s message of condolence, the hashtag “not in my name” was created.
