Muqtada al-Sadr, the leader of the Sadr faction in Iraq, condemned the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) missile attack on Erbil province. “Erbil is under fire, loss and betrayal, and under pain of starvation,” al-Sadr tweeted.
In a post on Kurdish Regional Government’s (KRG) official Twitter account, Barzani, the prime minister of northern Iraq said: “Erbil will not bow down to cowards. I strongly condemn the terrorist attack on several places in Erbil.”
