
According to CENTCOM’s announcement, this unit named “Falcon Strike Special Force” will use one-way offensive drones and unmanned aerial, surface, and marine unmanned systems, and forces from the United States and regional partners will participate in it.
CENTCOM announced that the consultation and formal invitation of partner countries in the region to join this unit has begun, and with their joining, “Falcon Strike” will integrate offensive drone capabilities in the Middle East in the form of a multi-national and multi-domain structure.
“Falcon Strike” is launched 9 months after the formation of “Scorpion Strike”. According to Centcom, the unit has previously used attack drones in military operations against the mullahs’ regime, as well as attack drones in July attacks on Iranian port facilities.
