Oleksiy Arestovych, The Ukrainian Presidential advisor has claimed that Ukrainian forces “killed commander of the 49th Russian Southern District Army, General Yakov Ryazantsev, in a strike on Chornobayivka near Kherson.”
Ryazantsev is the fifth Russian general to be killed by Ukrainian sources. This information cannot be independently verified.
