IRNA had published a picture of the hacking of gas stations, which it deleted from its website and Twitter account shortly after, and denied publishing it. The IRNA news item read: “Visitors to the stations were confronted with the message” Cyber-attack 64411 “. 64411 is the contact number of Ali Khamenei’s office.<\/p>\n
A spokesman for the National Iranian Petroleum Products Distribution Company said: “An urgent meeting on this issue is being held at the National Iranian Petroleum Products Distribution Company and it will be announced.”<\/p>\n
“There is no plan to increase the price of gasoline, and the disruption in the provision of services at some gas stations is due to a technical and systemic problem that will soon be resolved,” said Ahmad Vahidi, the Islamic regime’s interior minister.”<\/p>\n
FarsNews Agency reported on the current situation of Iranian gas stations: \u200cThis issue, along with the widespread preparation of the counter-revolutionary media about the events of November 2019, increases the possibility of a cyber-attack; However, officials have not yet commented.\u00a0\u00a0“In November 2019, following the government’s mismanagement of the sudden rise in gasoline prices, the same media outlets quickly provoked popular protests, leading to armed violence that resulted in the deaths of about 200 people.”<\/p>\n
