According to FiveThirtyEight, Biden’s satisfaction with the new record has dropped to a record 43.4%.
Dissatisfaction with Biden also peaked at the average calculated by the base and recorded a record 50.7% on Friday. Biden’s popularity has plummeted since July, with the rapid spread of the Delta Coronavirus across the United States.
Satisfaction with his performance also fell in August amid a tumultuous US withdrawal from Afghanistan following the fall of Kabul to the Taliban and the killing of 13 US troops in a suicide bombing.
A Fox News poll released last week found that 53 percent of registered voters are deeply concerned about inflation and rising prices.
Earlier, Hill reported that Joe Biden’s free fall in opinion polls continued, with his approval rating falling below 40 percent in the latest North Carolina poll.
