Reports from the city of Tarbiat Heydarieh indicate that Colonel Hadi Mirzaei, the head of Torbat Heydarieh’s intelligence and public security police, assaulted a 15-year-old teenager in Blue Waves entertainment complex in Mashhad in the early days of Persian new year 2703, corresponding to March 2024. The report states that the Colonel was arrested by the people. Colonel Hadi Mirzaei has played a significant role for the regime by suppressing the protests after Mahsa Gina Amini’s murder in Tarbiat Heydarieh and Mashhad.
