A spokesman for the 2022 Budget Consolidation Commission says that with the approval of the commission, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards will complete half-finished projects of mosques across Iran in exchange for crude oil wherever it wants.

According to the election website, quoting Rahim Zare, in order to complete the country’s semi-finished prayer halls, the Joint Commission has “mandated” the Islamic Revolutionary Guards’ Khatam al-Anbiya construction camp to complete and deliver the prayer halls.

Accordingly, the Consolidation Commission has allocated one thousand billion tomans for prayer halls throughout Iran and one thousand billion tomans only for Tehran prayer halls in the 2022 budget.
